El Mercedes-Benz Clase G es un vehículo todoterreno de la marca alemana Mercedes-Benz. Se fabrica desde el año 1979, aunque no recibió el nombre de Clase G hasta 1990.
El Mercedes-Benz Clase G se desarrolló como un vehículo militar. No obstante, Daimler aprovechó la inversión para lanzar también una variante para civiles. Este todoterreno es el modelo más longevo de la marca. A lo largo de la historia se ha vendido con multitud de motores diferentes y equipamientos, pero manteniendo la misma estructura y diseño.
En el año 2018, Mercedes anunció una segunda generación de este vehículo. Se aumentó ligeramente el tamaño del vehículo y se mejoró significativamente el confort interior. También se mejoró la suspensión y se añadieron novedades en cuanto a ayudas a la conducción.
Este vehículo se ha vendido en versión es de batalla corta (SWB) y larga (LWB). También se han lanzado multitud de versiones de rendimiento AMG, e incluso variantes con 6 ruedas y tracción 6×6. Además de la carrocería SUV, este todoterreno ha tenido variantes descapotables y personalizables (camiones de plataforma).
