The Mini Paceman is a high-end subcompact SUV (B-segment in Europe) from the British brand Mini. It is manufactured by BMW. The Paceman is the 3-door version of the Mini Countryman R60. This SUV was presented at the North American Auto Show in 2011 and went on sale in late 2012.
The Paceman was sold for a single generation with front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive (ALL4) options. It was sold with diesel (1.6 and 2.0) and petrol / gasoline engines. It was mostly manufactured in Austria, unlike the rest of the brand’s cars, which are produced in England.
In addition to the ALL4 version, the Paceman also had its John Cooper Works performance variant. This SUV ceased production in 2016, just four years after its launch.
