Porsche 911: timing chain or timing belt information

About Porsche 911

The Porsche 911 is a high-performance, two-door, 2+2 rear-engine sports car introduced in 1964 by the German manufacturer Porsche AG. The 911 is a vehicle with a very long history, and one that has continuously been perfected over the decades.

The 911 has been sold in coupé, cabriolet, targa, and speedster body styles. In addition, there have been hundreds of special versions of which very few units have been manufactured.

To date, Porsche has manufactured over one million units of the 911 in its history. This vehicle has been present in a multitude of sporting events, during which it has managed to win numerous championships. One of its greatest milestones is having won the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

The 911 is a sophisticated sports car of great quality. We could say that it is proof that any piece of engineering can maintain its original appearance while gradually improving through small changes.
