About SSANGYONG MUSSO

The SsangYong Musso is a D-segment mid-size SUV and pickup truck from the Korean manufacturer SsangYong Motor, which belongs to the company Mahindra & Mahindra. Production began in 1993. The pickup version was introduced in 2002. Originally, the Musso was born as a collaboration between SsangYong and Daimler Mercedes-Benz. If we separate the different body styles and versions that have existed of the Musso, we could count a total of 3 generations, although they are not officially recognized. The most recent version shares its platform with the SsangYong Rexton.

Today, the Musso is only sold in its pickup version, named Musso Pick-up and Musso Grand Pick-up. In other countries, it is sold as the Rexton Sports, Rhino, Rexton Sports Khan, Musso Grand, and Musso XLV. Its current competitors are vehicles such as the Volkswagen Amarok, the Toyota Hilux, the Mitsubishi L200, the Isuzu D-Max, the Ford Ranger, the Nissan Navara, and the Tata Xenon.
