The Acura TLX is a luxury executive compact sedan automobile (D-segment in Europe) manufactured by the Japanese marque Honda under its premium brand, Acura. It began to be marketed from 2015 on, replacing the Acura TL and TSX.

There are two generations of this vehicle, with the second being significantly larger in size than the original. This is because Honda discontinued its flagship in 2020, the Acura RLX. Therefore, they decided to increase the wheelbase of the TLX so as not to leave its big brother’s segment completely uncovered. The TLX competes with other mid-size luxury vehicles, especially the Lexus ES. Other competitors in its category are the BMW 3 Series, the Audi A4, the Mercedes-Benz C-Class, the Jaguar XF, the DS 9 and the Volvo S60.
