| Home / Jaguar / List of Jaguar XK Models without Timing Belt
The Jaguar XK is a grand touring car (F-segment in Europe) manufactured by the British automaker Jaguar Cars, a subsidiary of Jaguar Land Rover. This model took over from the Jaguar XJS in 1996. In 2014, the British brand replaced this luxury car with the Jaguar F-Type.
The Jaguar XK was sold in two variants: Coupe and Convertible (both of them having 2+2 seating). In both generations, the coupe model is called XK8, while the convertible variant is called XKR.
Jaguar XK. Timing Belt or Timing Chain?
Down below you will see a list with all Jaguar XK models that have been produced. They are classified by model identifier, year and type of bodywork. Above each list, we show you a series of pictures so that you can have a visual reference for each model. In some cases, both the original and its updated design are displayed to help you identify them with ease.
In this guide you will find all Jaguar XK models:
- Coupe (XK8),
- and Convertible (XKR).
■ Timing Belt / Cam Belt (Correa / Faja de Distribución)
■ Timing Chain (Cadena de Distribución / Cadena de Tiempo)
■ Gear Driven (Distribución por Engranajes)
■ 100% Electric, No Timing (Sin Distribución)
