TIMING CHAIN OR BELT? MODEL LIST - (UPDATED 2022)

| Home / Jeep / List of Jeep Grand Cherokee without Timing Belt

The Jeep Grand Cherokee is a mid-sized SUV (E-segment in Europe) manufactured by the American automaker Jeep, within the Italian conglomerate FCA (now Stellantis). It was released in 1993 as a successor to the Jeep Wagoneer, which was a larger version of the Cherokee.

There are 4 generations of the Grand Cherokee. Its first generation was born mainly to compete against the Range Rover, which is still its main rival today with the Range Rover Velar. Other similar vehicles are the Toyota Land Cruiser, Toyota 4Runner, Dodge Durango, Chevrolet Tahoe and GMC Yukon.
