Seat Tarraco — TIMING CHAIN OR BELT?

MODEL LIST - (UPDATED 2023)

| Home / Seat / List of Seat Tarraco Models without Timing Belt

The Seat Tarraco is a mid-size crossover SUV (D-segment in Europe) by the Spanish brand Seat and manufactured by Volkswagen Group. It is the brand’s flagship SUV and sits above the Arona and Ateca. It is built on the VAG Group’s MQB-A2 platform and shares many components with the Audi Q3, Skoda Kodiaq, and Volkswagen Tiguan, despite them being in a lower segment than the Tarraco. This SUV was presented at the 2018 Paris Motor Show. It is the only vehicle from the Spanish brand to offer seven seats, as the Seat Alhambra MPV is no longer in production and is now only offered with the classic five-seater.

The Tarraco competes with other mid-size SUVs that offer enough space for 7 passengers. That is why it competes with both D-segment and C-segment SUVs. Some of these competitors are the Volkswagen Tiguan Allspace, the SsangYong Rexton, the Skoda Kodiaq, the Peugeot 5008, the Kia Sorento, the Mitsubishi Outlander and the Honda CR-V. There is only one generation of this vehicle so far.
