About LANCIA PHEDRA
The Lancia Phedra is a D-segment MPV manufactured by the Italian-French consortium Sevel Nord, a joint venture between the PSA Group and Fiat Group. This model was introduced to the market in 2002, replacing the Lancia Zeta (which is equivalent to the first generation of the Phedra) and coexisting with its equivalents from other brands such as the Citroën C8 and the Peugeot 807.
The Lancia Phedra represents the second generation of Eurovans, with the first generation launched in 1994 and marketed under different names depending on the brand: Citroën Evasion, Peugeot 806, Fiat Ulysse, and Lancia Zeta. This generation offered greater differentiation in terms of exterior and interior design among the variants of the involved brands. It could be purchased in 5- and 7-seater versions.
Regarding engine options, new choices were added, including a 2.2-liter gasoline engine with 158 hp and a 2.9-liter V6 with 204 hp, in addition to the 2.0-liter diesel with 109 hp and the 2.2-liter with 128 hp.
Production of the Lancia Phedra ended in July 2014. Among its alternatives were MPVs such as the Renault Espace or the Chrysler Voyager, as well as the Sevel Eurovans themselves, like the Citroën C8, the Peugeot 807, or the Fiat Ulysse.
