| Home / Suzuki / List of Suzuki Liana / Aerio Models Without Timing Belt

The Suzuki Liana / Aerio is a passenger car (C-segment in Europe) manufactured by the Japanese marque Suzuki. It was launched in 2000 as the successor to the Suzuki Baleno. In fact, in some markets, this model has been sold under the name ‘Suzuki Baleno New G‘. From 2009, this vehicle was replaced by the Suzuki SX4. Depending on the market, this model is marketed as Suzuki Liana or Suzuki Aerio.

Like its predecessor, the Liana/Aerio is a very basic vehicle. Almost all engines are inline 4-cylinder petrol engines. The diesel versions are powered by engines supplied by PSA. In terms of body styles, this model was sold as a sedan (Baleno Sedan, Liana Comfort and Aerio Sedan / GLS Sedan) or estate (Liana GLX, Aerio SX, Liana Hatchback). There is also a standalone version for China which was sold from 2010 onwards.
