The Honda City is a subcompact car (B-segment in Europe) manufactured by the Japanese marque Honda. This utility car has been sold in multiple markets for 7 generations. The first Honda City was launched in 1981. It is possible to find hatchback and sedan versions of this utility car.

The current seventh-generation model (which was launched in 2019) has grown substantially in size, offering a similar size to the Civic sedan. This generation also marks the introduction of the 5-door hatchback model starting in 2020. This model is produced on Honda’s Global Small Car platform, and shares it with other models such as the Honda Jazz / Honda Fit.
