HONDA ZR-VTiming chain or Belt?

The Honda ZR-V is a C-segment compact SUV from the Japanese manufacturer Honda. It is positioned between the global Honda HR-V and the Honda CR-V. In addition, it shares a platform with the eleventh-generation Honda Civic.

This model is marketed in various markets with different names. In the United States and China, it is known as the third-generation Honda HR-V, while in Europe and other countries, it is sold as the Honda ZR-V.

The ZR-V is sold with gasoline and gasoline-hybrid engines. Power levels range from 158 hp for the 2.0-liter K20Z5 engine up to 181 hp for the model version with the e:HEV hybrid system.

Among the alternatives to the Honda ZR-V, we find other Asian vehicles such as the Toyota Corolla Cross, the Nissan Qashqai, the Kia Sportage, or the Hyundai Tucson. All of them are compact SUVs with similar dimensions and performance. To date, there is only one generation of the Honda ZR-V.
