The Kia Cadenza or Kia K7 is an executive car (E-segment in Europe) the South Korean manufacturer Kia. It has been produced since 2009 as a replacement for the Kia Opirus.

The Cadenza is the Kia version of the Hyundai Azera / Hyundai Grandeur. It is a front-wheel drive vehicle. There are two generations of this model to date.

The first generation Cadenza was sold between 2009 and 2016. It featured a wide range of inline four-cylinder and V6 engines, all gasoline, although a couple of gas versions were also launched. A hybrid version was also produced for Korea with a 35 kW engine.

The second generation of this vehicle would arrive in 2016. It included virtually the same range of engines, only revised. For 2019, the Cadenza got a minor redesign. A new range of 2.5-liter SmartStream G engines was included to leave behind the 2.4-liter Theta II GDIs. The V6s were also updated with the new Lambda II GDI.

The Cadenza stopped being sold in Canada in 2019 and in the United States in 2020. Production of this passenger car stopped in 2021. According to Kia, the brand is working on SUVs and a new model to replace this car: the Kia K8.
