The Kia ProCeed is a family car (C-segment in Europe) manufactured by the South Korean marque Kia Motors. In 2007, the Kia pro Cee’d was nothing more than an extra surname of the hatchback version of the Kia Ceed, only with a sportier look and 3-door body. As of 2018, this concept was discarded. The Kia ProCeed then emerged, a vehicle with a “Shooting Brake” body based on the platform of the third-generation Kia Ceed. This body began to catch on with vehicles such as the Mercedes CLA-Class, as it combines the space of a family car with the styling of a coupe. With the ProCeed, Kia has managed to bring this style of car to a wider audience, creating a car of the same style but much more affordable.
The ProCeed is therefore one of the 4 body styles in which the Kia Ceed is available, with the Hatchback and Station Wagon vehicles, called Kia Ceed and Kia Ceed SW, the SUV version, called Kia XCeed and the family version Shooting Brake, which is the ProCeed.
There is only one version of the Kia ProCeed to date.

Kia ProCeed I – First Generation / Ceed Gen 3(CD) (2019)
Shooting Brake (Family Car)
The first ProCeed is based on the third-generation Ceed. It must be differentiated from the original 2008 pro Cee’d and the 2013 second-generation pro Cee’d, codenamed ED and JD respectively. Those vehicles had 3-door hatchback body styles and are listed on the first and second generation Kia Cee’d page.
The ProCeed uses the same range of engines as the other vehicles in the Ceed family. It is available in diesel, gasoline and diesel hybrid versions.
