About Alfa Romeo 4C

The Alfa Romeo 4C is a sports car manufactured by the Italian automaker Alfa Romeo. This vehicle has been produced for a single generation.

The 4C is a mid-engine sports car that was first unveiled at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show and was initially marketed as a coupe. A few years later, in 2015, a convertible version, known as the Spider, was introduced. The name “4C” refers to its four-cylinder engine.

In terms of powertrains, the 4C is equipped with a 1.75-liter, all-aluminum, turbocharged inline-four engine that produces 240 CV at 6,000 rpm. It features a six-speed Alfa TCT dry dual-clutch transmission.

In addition to the coupe and roadster, there have been several limited-edition versions of this sports car. One of the most talked-about was the 4C Competizione, a special edition of which only 108 units were produced. Some alternatives to the Alfa Romeo 4C include the Toyota GT-86, the Lotus Evora, and the Porsche 718, among others.
