About MERCEDES-BENZ CLASE CLE

The Mercedes-Benz CLE is an E-segment grand tourer vehicle from the manufacturer Mercedes-Benz. This model, which began production in October 2023, has replaced the coupés of the C and E-classes. The CLE is available in two body style variants: C236 (coupé) and A236 (cabriolet).

The first generation of the Mercedes-Benz CLE was launched in the year 2023. It is built on the Mercedes-Benz MRA II platform and shares many characteristics with its C-Class and E-Class counterparts. At the beginning of 2024, the cabrio version of this model was also introduced.

The CLE comes with a variety of engine options, all of which feature the 48-volt EQ-boost mild-hybrid system (an MHEV system). Models available at launch include gasoline engines (CLE 200, CLE 300, and CLE 450) and the CLE 220d diesel.

In terms of design, the CLE features a rounded single-bar grille with a honeycomb mesh insert, accompanied by C-Class-style headlights and sporty air intakes.

Among the alternatives to the Mercedes-Benz CLE are other equivalent vehicles such as the BMW 6 Series or the Audi A7.
