The Hyundai i20 is a subcompact utility car (B-segment in Europe) manufactured by the South Korean marque Hyundai. This vehicle was presented at the 2008 Paris Motor Show and succeeds the Hyundai Getz. It began to be marketed at the end of the same year. This car with hatchback body is between the Hyundai i10 and i30. It has 3 and 5-door body styles. It shares a platform with some Kia vehicles. The current version uses the Hyundai-Kia GB (BC3) platform at the Hyundai-Turkey plant and the Hyundai-Kia K2 (BI3) platform at the Indian plant.

The i20 has had sporty versions, especially rally versions, such as the Hyundai i20 WRC. In total, there are 3 generations of this utility vehicle. Among its competitors are the Chevrolet Aveo, Mazda 2, Honda City, Kia Rio and Dacia Sandero.
