About PEUGEOT BIPPER
The Peugeot Bipper is a small commercial vehicle developed jointly by Tofaş, the Turkish subsidiary of Fiat Professional, and Sevel, a joint venture owned by both Fiat and PSA. This light commercial vehicle is known by the nickname "Sevel small van". Its platform is the basis for the Peugeot Bipper, the Citroën Nemo, and the Fiat Fiorino (as well as the Fiat Qubo). This group of vans is positioned in the market just below the classic Citroën Berlingo, Peugeot Partner / Rifter, Fiat Dobló, and Opel Combo.
The Peugeot Bipper generally has 2 versions. The "van" version, intended for professionals, and the Bipper Tepee variant, intended for private individuals. There is also a special version called the Peugeot Bipper Tepee Outdoor.
The platform on which these vehicles are assembled is the same as that of the Fiat Grande Punto. The first phase of these vans spanned from 2007 to 2017. The second phase would arrive starting in 2016, when Fiat split its range by also launching the Qubo. It is worth noting that the Peugeot Bipper was not called that from its inception. The French brand called it the Peugeot Partner Origin for a time.
