Peugeot 2008: timing chain or timing belt information

About Peugeot 2008

The Peugeot 2008 is a subcompact SUV or B-segment crossover manufactured by the French manufacturer PSA (Stellantis). However, much like the 5008, its first generation did not feature a fully SUV body style, but rather one halfway between a crossover and an estate car. The Peugeot 2008 is the successor to the Peugeot 207 SW. For the first generation, Peugeot used the PF1 Platform, which was also used by the 207 and a multitude of Citroën vehicles. The second generation, however, is based on PSA's Common Modular Platform (CMP), which is also used by the DS 3 Crossback and the Opel Corsa F.

There have been a total of two generations of this vehicle. Its first version was released in 2013. Its competitors include the Mazda CX-3, the Fiat 500X, the Ford EcoSport, and the Toyota C-HR, among many others.
